1. Accept the Exchanger's TOS

You must accept the Terms of Service provided by the assigned exchanger within your ticket.

2. Time Limit for Holding an Exchanger

Do not keep an exchanger waiting for more than 30 minutes. If you exceed this time, the exchanger has the right to request removal, and your ticket may be closed.

3. No Payments After Ticket Closure

Do not send any payments once your ticket has been closed or the exchanger has been removed. Any such payment is at your own risk.

4. Third-Party Deals

Only create a ticket for third-party deals when the client is ready and able to pay. This helps avoid unnecessary delays and risks.

5. Avoid Sharing Payment Details Prematurely

In third-party exchanges, do not share payment details until the client has confirmed they're ready to pay. If the exchanger is removed after payment is made, you may lose the funds.

6. TOS Violations & Refund Policy

Violating either the exchanger's or the server's Terms of Service may lead to a denial of refund, except in rare and specific cases.

7. Confirm the Exchange Promptly

After the exchange is completed, please confirm it within 1 hour. If no confirmation is received, it will be automatically marked as confirmed.

8. Server Termination Recovery Window

If the server is temporarily shut down or removed, you are expected to rejoin within 24 hours. After this window, we may not be able to assist you with prior tickets.

9. Server Policies Are Mandatory

As a client, you must accept the server's full Terms and Conditions in addition to the exchanger's policies.

10. Authorized Middlemen Only

Our exchangers are not allowed to use external or unofficial middlemen. Only trusted, official middlemen (such as from Scammer Alert or those known by our staff) are permitted. This is to protect users from fake or impersonating MMs.

11. Exchanger's Right to Refund

The exchanger has the right to refund you if they encounter any issues during your exchange. This ensures both parties can terminate the transaction when complications arise that prevent successful completion.
